This policy applies to all applications published by Abyrène on the Google Play Store.
Abyrène does not collect any personal data in its own name. Certain features (ads, notifications, optional Google sign-in) rely on third-party services that may collect data under their own policies.
By default, Abyrène does not collect, store, or resell any personal data. Progress and settings data is kept locally on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Moki optionally offers online backup via Google sign-in, which lets you retrieve your progress on another device. If you enable this feature, your name, email address, and game progress are sent to Google's servers (Firebase), detailed below. Without a voluntary sign-in on your part, no data leaves your device.
Candelyx, on the other hand, requires Google sign-in to be used at all: there is no local or anonymous mode. Your name, email address, and account identifier are used solely to identify your virtual portfolio (balance, positions, trade history) — all in-game data, tied to a fictional currency (Lyx) with no real value that can never be converted into money. Candelyx never asks for, stores, or processes any payment method.
Clavyx, for its part, does not collect, store, or transmit any data whatsoever: no message, no encryption key, no identifier. Encryption and decryption happen entirely on your device, with no internet connection required and no account to create.
Spiriom collects, stores and transmits no data at all: no map, no record, no identifier. Your maps are stored in the browser on your device and only leave it if you export them yourself. No account is asked for, no server is contacted.
Zortex collects, stores and transmits no data at all: no project, no sample, no identifier. Your tracks and sounds stay in the browser on your device. No account is asked for, no server is contacted.
Third-party services integrated into the apps (ads, Google sign-in) may collect certain data as part of their own operation, detailed below.
Google AdSense / Ad Placement API — Integrated ads
Moki integrates Google ads (Ad Placement API, also known as "H5 Games Ads", dedicated to web games). This service may collect the following data: device information (model, system version), IP address, and ad interaction data.
This data is processed by Google in accordance with its privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. A consent banner is displayed in the app to collect your agreement before any personalized ad is shown.
Google Analytics (Firebase) — Usage statistics
If you have accepted cookies, Google Analytics measures app usage in an aggregated and anonymous way (number of active players, session duration) — no name, email, or account identifier is associated with it, and this measurement is independent of the optional Google sign-in described below.
Processed by Google in accordance with its policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Notifications — on-device only
Moki may send you discreet notifications (reminders) via the browser's notification API and periodic background sync. This mechanism runs entirely on your device: no identifier, token, or data is sent to an external service for this feature.
Google sign-in & cloud backup — Firebase (optional)
If you choose to sign in with a Google account in Moki, Firebase (Google) processes the following data: your name, email address, and game progress (level, stats, inventory). This data is stored on Firebase servers and is used solely to retrieve your game on another device.
This feature is entirely optional: without signing in, none of this data is transmitted. You can sign out at any time from the app's Rules menu. Firebase is subject to Google's privacy policy: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
Player leaderboard — Firestore (optional)
If you are signed in with a Google account, Moki lets you choose a public nickname to appear on a leaderboard visible to other players. Only this nickname and your game score (level, days, achievements) are made public — never your real name or email address. This data is stored on Firestore (Google) servers and is used solely for this leaderboard.
This feature is entirely optional: without choosing a nickname, no data is published to the leaderboard. You can opt out or request deletion of your entry at any time by writing to us.
Candelyx — Google sign-in (required) & game wallet
Candelyx uses Firebase Authentication for Google sign-in, required to access the app: without it, no feature is usable. Your name, email address, and account identifier are used solely to create and retrieve your virtual portfolio (balance, open positions, orders, trade history) — this game data is hosted on Candelyx's own server infrastructure (Cloudflare), not on Firestore.
You can choose a nickname displayed instead of your technical account identifier (purely cosmetic, never your real name or email). None of this data is used for advertising purposes. The in-game currency (Lyx) has no real value: Candelyx never asks for, stores, or processes any payment method, and never pays out or moves real money in any form.
Candelyx currently integrates no advertising and no audience-analytics tool — this policy will be updated if that changes.
Spiriom — No account, no third-party service
Spiriom loads no external resource: no font, no library, no script from another domain. The application is a single file served from Cloudflare Pages, then cached on your device so it works offline.
Your maps and run records are stored locally (IndexedDB). They are never sent anywhere. Exports — JSON, text, image — are files you download and do as you please with.
Spiriom includes no advertising, no audience-measurement tool and no account sign-in — this policy will be updated should that change.
Zortex — No account, no third-party service
Zortex loads no external resource: no font, no library, no script from another domain. The application is a single file served from Cloudflare Pages, then cached on your device so it works offline.
Your projects and the samples you import are kept locally (IndexedDB) and never leave your device. An audio export produces a file that you download yourself.
Zortex includes no advertising, no audience-measurement tool and no account sign-in — this policy will be updated should that change.
Clavyx — Google Fonts (font loading)
Clavyx loads the Inter and Cinzel fonts from Google Fonts the first time the app is loaded online. This may transmit standard technical information to Google (IP address, user-agent), in accordance with its privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Once installed, the app works entirely offline, fonts included.
Clavyx integrates no advertising, no audience-analytics tool, and no account sign-in — this policy will be updated if that changes.
Moki does not request any sensitive Android permission (camera, microphone, contacts, location, external storage). The POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission will be requested when push notifications are enabled, in accordance with Android 13+ requirements.
Candelyx is an installable web app (PWA): it does not request any Android system permission in the strict sense. No sensitive permission (camera, microphone, contacts, location) is used.
Clavyx is also a PWA. It may optionally request access to motion sensors (accelerometer / orientation) to animate the interface background based on the phone's movements. This permission is optional — the app works normally without it —, is used only for a visual effect, and no sensor data is stored or transmitted.
Spiriom and Zortex are installable web applications (PWA). They request no sensitive system permission (camera, microphone, contacts, location, external storage). Zortex uses the browser's audio output, which requires no permission; importing a sample goes through the system file picker, one file at a time, at your initiative.
Any new permission will be listed here with its justification before being deployed.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data: right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability, and restriction of processing.
By default, no personal data is collected by our apps: these rights therefore apply only to exchanges you initiate directly by email. If you have enabled Google sign-in in Moki, you can sign out at any time and request deletion of your cloud backup from the Rules menu, or by writing to us. For Candelyx, you can request deletion of your game wallet and account at any time by writing to us. For Spiriom and Zortex, no data is collected at all: these applications create no account and send nothing. Clearing the site data in your browser is enough to erase everything.
